Who’s on first? Kids baseball activities

The Jays just had their home opener, and kids are running T-ball bases at the local diamond (well as soon as the SNOW melts that is!). Hotdogs, peanuts, cotton candy and Casey at the Bat, baseball means spring is (ALMOST) here, and the field of dreams is a base hit away.

Christie Pits Baseball

Before you splurge on a Jays game, build anticipation by catching IBL Champions the Toronto Maple Leafs for free – and you can leave as early as you like to hit the adjacent splash pad.

Jays Shop

It’s worth checking out this flagship store at Eaton Centre. It has the best selection of adorable toddler and youth-size caps.

Jr. Jays Saturdays

On Saturday home games, kids can run the bases – send a grown-up to line up early at sections 108, 208 and 508 before the end of the game so you can skip the otherwise 45-minute wait.
