KidClicks Photo Walk in Kensington Market

Join Toronto Mom Now on its second KidClicks Photo Walk with family and child photographer Diana Nazareth. What’s a photo walk, you ask? It’s a fun, novel way to explore the city with your kids while learning how to take better photos of all the interesting things that cross your path.

Photographer Diana Nazareth will serve as your guide and will provide you and your kid with a simple assignment that will get you started on your walk. As she strolls along with you, she’ll answer any specific questions you have about your camera and will make suggestions on how to take the best photos of anything you’d like to capture while on the walk.

Our KidClicks Photo Walks will be a great way for moms and dads to meet other moms and dads, and for their kids to have fun exploring a new environment. After the walk, you’ll be encouraged to upload and share your photos to a KidClicks Facebook page. You and your kids will be excited to revisit your outdoor experience and to see everyone else’s photos!

What you’ll need: You’ll be sharing the camera with your kid or kids, so a simple point and shoot camera will do just fine. If you’re already a photography enthusiast feel free to bring your DSLR with you. But, please consider bringing a smaller camera for your child.

Also, make sure you bring hats, sunscreen, and snacks for your kids.

This walk is best suited for kids ages 5-12, but feel free to bring along their younger siblings.

We hope to meet you on the walk:

Day/Time: July 29, 3:30-4:30 pm

Location: Kensington Market, Toronto

Meet Up: Let’s meet at the Augusta Ave and Baldwin St. intersection, in Kensington Market.

It’s free but you must REGISTER here:
