Specializing in newborn, child and maternity portraits, Chandra Tim‘s work is described as phenomenal and unmatched. Chandra is also a recognized leader among her peers as a teacher in newborn posing and strategic marketing and travels worldwide as far as Australia to educate professional photographers with similar passion and vision.
What inspired you to become a photographer?
My daughter, Madison. I have always had a love for photography but after the birth of my daughter I came to understand the importance of documenting her life through photographic images. I always wanted to remember everything that was new about her. I still look back to her newborn images from four years ago and it brings me back to the days of when we first met.
How would you characterize your style?
I believe you can see the passion I have for my work in every image I capture. My style is fresh and modern with a unique edge.
Who are your clients and what should they expect?
Our studio draws clients from all across Canada and the US who place a high value on custom photography and who appreciate the need to capture fleeting moments in their child’s lives. Our studio is bright and modern, full of natural light and provides a relaxing atmosphere with a television, client kitchen and coffee bar.
Anything else to share?
Aside from being a photographer and teacher, I am also a Mom to a four year old little girl. I have a passion for traveling and scuba diving. Above all else, I adore children and love to make people smile. I believe the world is a better place by being kind to others and I appreciate all those individuals who have touched my life with their own generosity and kindness.
